Vector Assignment*
*This assignement is appropriate for anyone taking a pre-calculus, trigonometry or physics class.
1. Go to the website http://atom.physics.calpoly.edu/~jwalkup/teaching/wipi/demos/tutorials/index.html
2. Read through the discussion about what vectors are and why they are important.
3. Work through the applets as they appear to see how vectors are added graphically.

Work out at least 2 problems on finding the components of a vector (if you feel you need more practice feel free to use the applet as much as needed). Write down these problems to turn in. Note you will need to round the numbers you are given and the answers you get to the nearest hundredths place!
5. Contnue on the site until you come to the next quiz tool for adding vectors. Click on it and take the quiz for practice (when you first come to the page you will need to click the button for give me a new problem first).
